These Terms & Conditions govern your use of vrspice.in and purchases from Patel Vinitkumar Rakeshbhai ("VR Spice"). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Products

Our products are natural agricultural produce. Colour, size and aroma may vary slightly between lots and harvests. Product images are for illustration.

2. Prices and payment

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are shown on the product and checkout pages. Delivery charges, if any, are shown before you place your order.
  • We accept Cash on Delivery (where available) and online payments via Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets).
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If an item was listed at an incorrect price, we will contact you before processing the order.

3. Orders

An order is confirmed once we send you a confirmation. We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, the delivery address is not serviceable, or we suspect fraudulent activity. If you paid online for a cancelled order, the full amount will be refunded.

4. Coupons and offers

Coupons are subject to their stated conditions (minimum order, validity, usage limits) and cannot be exchanged for cash. One coupon may be used per order.

7. Bulk and trade orders

Rates shared for bulk or trade enquiries are indicative market rates for that day and are confirmed separately in writing or on WhatsApp.

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, or copy its content, images or branding without permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Gujarat.
