A family business from Unjha.

VR Spice is the family business of Patel Vinitkumar Rakeshbhai at the APMC market yard in Unjha, Gujarat — India's best-known market for cumin, fennel, isabgol and seed spices.

Who we are

We are commission agents for jeera, saunf, isabgol and oil seeds. Every season we work between farmers and buyers, seeing, smelling and checking lot after lot before it is sold. That daily work with the crop is how we learned to tell a good lot from an average one.

Our brands

The lots we trust go into our own packs: Samrat (purple pack), StarGOLD (red pack) and Bahubali (green pack). Between them they cover cumin, fennel, ajwain, sesame, mustard, fenugreek, isabgol, dill and yellow mustard seeds, in 500g and 1kg packs.

What we stand for

• Checked lot by lot — only grades we would buy for our own kitchen go into a pack.
• Sortex machine clean — cleaned, de-stoned and colour-sorted to remove dust, stones, stalks and discoloured seed.
• Honest weight, fair price — clear pricing with no hidden charges.
• Real people — call or WhatsApp us and a member of the family answers.

For homes and for shops

Families can order online with cash on delivery or secure online payment. Kirana stores, wholesalers and distributors can buy our packs at trade rates, and we handle loose bulk lots by the quintal at Unjha APMC.

Our associated firm, Patel Ankitkumar Jayantibhai, is also a commission agent for cumin, fennel, psyllium and oil seeds.
