Our family started in the Unjha market yard — India's busiest market for cumin, fennel, isabgol and seed spices — working closely with farmers from across North Gujarat and Rajasthan.

As commission agents for jeera, saunf, isabgol and oil seeds, we see thousands of lots every season. That daily contact with the crop is what taught us to tell a good lot from an average one.

An associated firm
Patel Ankitkumar Jayantibhai, our associated firm, joined the trade as a commission agent for cumin, fennel, psyllium and oil seeds.

Samrat, StarGOLD & Bahubali
We started packing the lots we trust under our own names — Samrat in purple, StarGOLD in red and Bahubali in green — so households could get market-yard quality in a sealed pack.

Every pack is Sortex machine-cleaned to remove dust, stones, stalks and discoloured seed before it is weighed and sealed.
